Marsha White

Marsha J. White, 48, of Rochelle passed away suddenly January 19, 2012 in DeKalb. Marsha was born November 6, 1963 in Rochelle, daughter of Charles Marshall Henry and Joanne Henry. She married David White April 24, 1982 in Rochelle. Marsha worked at NIU for 15 years. She loved getting together with her family on Sundays for casseroles and playing games. She was a die hard Chicago Cub and Bear fan, enjoyed baking and puzzles and was a lover of animals. She is survived by her husband, David White of Rochelle; her sons David Earl White, Jr. and Cullen Marshall White of Rochelle; her Mom, Joanne Henry of Rochelle; sister, Rhonda (Mike) Christensen of Sterling; Niece, Bethany Christensen of Sterling; Nephew, Connor Christensen of Sterling and Uncle, Mike (Linda) Chunko of Rochelle. She is preceded in death by her dad, Charles Henry; grandparents, Harold and Marie Lamb and Vivienne Lever. Marsha was proud to donate her eyes for the gift of sight. Funeral services will be held 11:30 am Wednesday January 25, 2012 at Coulon-Lyons Family Funeral Homes and Cremation Services 815-562-6872 704 N. 6th Street Rochelle, Il. with Chaplin Judy Williams officiating.
