Dorothy E. Schinzer

Schinzer, Dorothy E. (Nee Smith) passed into eternal life on Saturday, September 8, 2012 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the age of 89. She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Ella (Nee Henert) Smith, her sister Velma Voss and her husband Frank E. Schinzer, Jr, who she has missed dearly for 39 years. She is survived by her son, Michael (Julie) Schinzer and other dear relatives and friends. Dorothy was born and lived most of her life in Ashton, Illinois. She moved to the Milwaukee area eight years ago to be closer to her son and daughter-in-law. A brief visitation will be held on September 13th at 10:30 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Ashton, IL. A funeral service will follow at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Dorothy’s name may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church or the charity of your choice.
