Norbert Louis Yost

Norbert L. Yost 94, of Sandwich passed away May 27, 2013 at Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion. He was born on July 27th 1918 in St. Marie, IL. to the late James and Veronica Yost. He farmed all his life and retired as the Sandwich Twp. Road Commissioner. He served his country during WWII with the US. Army Air Corps. He is survived by his loving daughter Darlene ( Gary ) Zimmerman of Earlville, 2 sisters Thelma and Frieda of IL. and 2 brothers Vic of CO and Art of IL. he also leaves behind 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Ruth 1981 and his second wife Emily 2010. Funeral services will be conducted at the Beverage Family Funeral Home June 1, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Andrew Hougan officiating. Interment of will held at St Paul’s Queen of Angels Cemetery at a later date.
