Milda F. Salzman

Milda F Salzman, 90 of Ashton passed away Sunday June 9th, 2013. She was born August 21, 1922 in Gardner, Illinois to the late Thomas and Amy Male. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed quilting. She was a member of St John’s Lutheran Church WELCA. She is survived by her children Gerald (Judy) Salzman of Mundelein, Illinois,and Marjorie (Craig) Buhrow of West Brooklyn, Illinois. Her four grandchildren Allyn (Amy) Buhrow, Aimee (Scott) Stoller, Amanda (Rob) Zimmermann, and Adam (Brigid) Salzman, and seven great grandchildren, Brett Buhrow, Andrea Buhrow, Kyra Stoller, Katelyn Stoller, Joslyn, Alivia and Chrissy Salzman. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ralph, her sister Hilda and brother Leonard. Funeral Services for Milda will be Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 11:00 am at St John’s Lutheran Church Ashton, Illinois. Interment will follow at the Ashton Cemetery in Ashton, Illinois. Visitation will be Wednesday June 12th 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Beverage Lyons Family Funeral Home in Ashton, Illinois and 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be directed to St John’s Lutheran Church WELCA in Ashton, Illinois.
