Linda Rose Worthem 64, of Sandwich, passed away Saturday August 31, 2013 at Edwards Hospital in Naperville. She was born July 29th, 1949 in Hammond Indiana to John and Joyce (Daves) Nazimek. She is survived by her daughter; Debbie (David) Fleming of Sandwich, 2 brothers: Jack and Raymond Nazimek, and 2 grandchildren; Nicholas and Rebecca Fleming. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 4th, 2013 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Beverage Family Funeral Home, Sandwich. Funeral services will be Thursday September 5th, 2013 at Beverage Family Funeral Home in Sandwich, with Father Andrew Hougan officiating.
