Carol Jean Czmowski

Carol Jean Czmowski 78 of Somonauk passed away January 9, 2014 at Kishwaukee Hospital. She was born on February 19, 1935 in Aurora Illinois to Roscoe and Clara (Eissler) Mitcheltree. She worked as a clerk at Ace hardware in Aurora Illinois and then at Walmart in Plano Illinois. She enjoyed her “ladies” and friends at the Somonauk Garden Apartments. She especially loved her grandchildren. She is survived by her children; Cathy (James) Shelton of Sandwich Illinois and Lori (Steve) Plate of Canton Michigan; her sister Marian Mattson of Sandwich Illinois, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers; Albert, Lloyd, and Roy Mitheltree, and the father of her children Richard Stull. Services will be held at a later date.
