Violet Irene Swanstrom

Violet Irene Swanstrom 84 of Sandwich passed away April 17, 2014 at Presence Mercy Center in Aurora IL. She was born March 6, 1930 to Henry and Pearl (Davis) Taylor in Sandwich Illinois. She worked at CTS knights for 20 years, and then worked at Walmart as a greeter for the next 20 years. She is survived by her children; Jay (Theresa) Swanstrom of Rochester Minnesota, and Brenda (Michael) Molitor of North Aurora Illinois, four grandchildren; Anika, Ian, Jerod (Naomi) and Jamie (Trina), four great grandchildren; Ryland, Dalton, Adalynn, and Kierstin, two sisters; Verna Serby of California, and Mildred Nelson of Arizona; two brothers; Robert Taylor and Donald Taylor both of Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Howard in 2004, and 2 sisters Elaine Hilt, and Betty Anderson Funeral Services for Violet will be April 23, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Beverage Family Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Montgomery, Illinois. Visitation will be April 22, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Beverage Family Funeral Home.
