Virgil Lynn Ronning

Virgil Lynn Ronning 64 of Aurora IL passed away January 16, 2015 at Rush Copley Hospital. He was born on March 24, 1950 in Aurora, IL to Jesse and Lois (Tuntland) Ronning. He graduated from Plano High School in 1968. He served in the US Navy in Vietnam. He retired from Ameritech in 1998. His hobbies were electronics, computers and raising giant Schnauzers. He is survived by his Mother, Lois Ronning of Plano, his brothers; Gerald (Carolyn) Ronning of Carrollton TX., Robert Ronning of Somonauk, and Paul (Cheryl) Ronning of Yorkville, his nieces and nephews; Patrick, Christopher (Kalla), Jessie, and Billy, and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, and a sister Darryl. Graveside services will be January 29th 2015at 10:30 a.m. at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
