William Thomas Brosi

William Thomas Brosi 81 of Sandwich, formerly of Yorkville, passed away Sunday October 25 2015 at the Willow Crest Nursing Home. He was born on July 16, 1934 in Aurora Illinois. He was an Electrician and was a member of the IBEW of Aurora for over 30 years. He was married to his lovely wife Nancy together they raised 3 wonderful children she passed away on February 4 1993. He was a golfer, fisherman, and avid sports fan, he loved to travel and he coached Little League. He was a family man that provided well for his family, and he loved his family very much. He is survived by his children , Connie (Harvey) Redmon of Serena, IL. and Scott (Jackie) Brosi of Yorkville, IL., and Jackie ( Wayne ) Simmons of Mayfield, KY. his special friend Janice Schulze of Plainfield. Two sisters Sherri Precup of Aurora, and Sandy (Don) Vocht of Batavia, four grandchildren Cody, Karly, Jordan and Zachary, and a great grandson O.J. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Nancy, his mother Evelyn and step father John Buchtler. Visitation will be Friday October 30, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.At the Beverage Family Funeral Home 104 Terry Street Sandwich, IL. at the corner of Railroad Street and Terry. Graveside service will follow at Oak Mound Cemetery in Somonauk, IL. Family would like to thank the staff at Tillers Nursing Home and Willow Crest Nursing Home for he special care they had given their Father.
