Bernice Theresa Neitzer - Kaminky

Bernice Peterson Neitzer Kaminky 80 of Sandwich passed away at her home on June 12, 2016. She was born on June 29, 1935 in Morris, IL. to Silas and Bernice (Hauge) Peterson. She married Emerick Neitzer on July 2 1955 and was happily married until his passing in 1989. She met and married Robert Kaminky on January 1, 1993 and was happily married till his passing in 2012. She was baptized as a teenager and instilled Christian values in her family. She worked at CTS Knights, Impact Die, and J Marc Corp. She loved garages sales and her church family. She is survived by her children; Marilyn (Wayne) Decker of Sheridan, IL., Sherry (Tim) Christensen of Sandwich, IL., Kathy (Troy) Mallinder of Warrenville, IL., Rick ( Anita ) Neitzer of Oswego, Mike (Beth) Neitzer of Newark, IL., Dave (Debbie) Neitzer of Fullerton, CA and Blake Neitzer of Sandwich, IL. 2 sisters, Geri Morrow of Seneca, IL., and Gloria (Jerry) Ward of Dwight, IL., 19 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Emerick Neitzer (1989), her second husband Robert Kaminky ( 2012 ), and 6 deceased siblings; Anna Mae Glass, Marion Kewley, Sylas G Peterson Jr, Peter Peterson, and Charles Peterson. Funeral Services will be held June 16th 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the West Lisbon Lutheran Church Newark, IL. with Rev. Steve Larson and Rev. David Kaul officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Interment to follow at West Lisbon Cemetery Newark, IL.
