Evelyn C. Hobbs 75, of Rochelle, IL. passed away October 23, 2016. She was born on April 18, 1941 in Washington DC. She was married to Robert Wm. Hobbs, he precedes her. She enjoyed Gardening and crocheting. She is survived by her children Kathryn ( William ) Shipp of Suffolk, VA. Laura ( Danny ) Moran of Prince Fredericks, MD. Leonard L. Cook of Rochelle, Douglas W. Tepp of Rochelle and Susan Hobbs, 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Richard 2 sons Richard and Robert.
