Eddie Smith

Eddie Smith, 65 of Sandwich, IL. passed away at his home on October 13, 2017. He was born on February 11, 1952 to Melvin and Eula Mae (Cook) Smith in Dillon North Carolina. He worked and retired from Caterpillar tractor Co. He enjoyed golfing and his driving his Corvette. He is survived by his children: Cody, Jhonathon, Shawnda, Tammy and Eddie Dean; his sisters: Peggy (Edward) Howel of South Carolina, Janet (Clarence) Benson of Marseilles, IL. and Suzanne (Tracy) of Oswego, IL. ,his brothers Franklin (Shirley) of Dillon South Carolina, and Larry Smith of Earlville, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Eula Mae. Visitation will be held at the Beverage Family Funeral home on Tuesday , Oct 24th 2017 from 10:00 a.m.-11:00. a.m. Funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Nathan Wells officiating. Burial will follow at Little Rock Township Cemetery.
