Dorothy Mae Ewing

Dorothy Mae Ewing, 91, of Millington, Il. passed at home with her loving family by her side. She was born in Princeton, IL. on August 18, 1926. She married Keith Ewing in Princeton, IL on January 12, 1947 and was happily married until his passing on July 16, 2003. Dorothy was a nurturing mother to her children, her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. She was a mother to every child in Millington. She loved to cook, loved reading the comics and especially loved to spend time with her family. She is survived by her children; Gary Ewing of Millington, Robert ( Christine ) Ewing of Cincinnati OH., William Carl Ewing of Florida, Jimmy Lee( Debbie) Ewing of Fort Worth TX, Brian Ewing, David Ewing , Mark (Michelle) Ewing all of Millington and Ronald Ewing of Indianapolis, IN., 21 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sons; Clifford, Stan, Kevin, and Richard, and a daughter Sandra June. Visitation will be on Friday January 12, 2018 at the Beverage Family Funeral Home from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend John William Davis officiating. Burial will follow at the Millington-Newark Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by Beverage Family Funeral Home.
