Donald E. Schroeder 57, of Sandwich passed away July 17,2007 at Kishwaukee Hospital. He was born on October 10,1949 in Sandwich to William and Maxine Schroeder. He worked at Caterpillar for 38 years as an Engineer. He is survived by his mother Maxine of Sandwich, His children Donald E. Schroeder Jr. of Lawless, N. Carolina, Jody ( Hugh Burton ) Aters of Sandwich, Shannon ( Howard ) Ingle of Louisburg,MO. Sharon Hawley of Aurora, Nicholas Schroeder of Sandwich and Brandon Halmagyi of Leland. 1 sister Linda ( Brian ) Sterling of Belvedere 3 brothers Leroy ( Nancy ) Schroeder of Sandwich, Richard ( Pam ) Schroeder of Pittsburgh,PA and Steve Schroeder of Sandwich, also leaves behind 9 precious grandchildren. Funeral service will be held July 20th 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. till the time of service.
