Louis Green 77,of Sandwich passed away Saturday July 14th 2007 at Provena-Mercy Center Hospital Aurora.He was born on March 22nd 1930 in Tolono,IL. He was married to Jacqueline Griswold for 46 years. He worked for Federal Huber for 30 years and Plano Metal specialty for 10 years. He served with U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict in Germany and England.He had a special love for his grandchildren,his cat Dusty and doing crossword puzzes.He is survived by his wife Jackie of Sandwich. Children Mike and Pat and Diane( Cy )Olson also of Sandwich. 2 sisters,Ruby ( Leo ) Anderson and Alice Merkel of Yorkville.Cassity, Shauna and Jacob Green and Whitney and Sydney Olson and a special friend Cindy Jackowiak. He is preceded in death by his parents his brothers Charles and Carl and a sister Gladys. Funeral services will be held July 18,2007 at 1:30 p.m. at the Beverage Family Funeral Home Sandwich Chapel, interment to follow to Oak Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday July 17th 2007 at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m.
