Eloise M. Bearrows

Eloise M. (Kruse) Bearrows, 87, of Rochelle passed away October 21, 2010 at home surrounded by her family. She was born December 31, 1922 to Tjark & Lois (Ling) Kruse. She married G. William Bearrows June 7, 1941. Eloise was a long time member of the First Presbyterian Church of Rochelle, Rochelle Chapter of N.S.D.A.R., VFW Auxiliary 3878 and W.O.T.M. Rochelle Chapter 438. She is survived by her children, Wm Dale (Joyce) Bearrows of Rochelle, Donald L. Bearrows of PA., Paul A. (Barb) Bearrows of Rochelle, Karen Sue Bearrows of Rochelle, (Ellen) Becky Salinas of Rochelle, Brian T. (Patricia) Bearrows of Rochelle and Richard E. (Marla) Bearrows of Rochelle; Twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; one sister, Eva Trueblood of Genoa. Preceded in death by her husband December 5, 1975; one daughter, Patricia A. Nichols February 17, 1970; three grandchildren; two sisters; one daughter-in-law and one son-in-law. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday October 26, 2010 at the First Presbyterian Church of Rochelle with Rev. Dr. James Tilley officiating. Burial at Trinity Memory Gardens. A visitation will be held 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Monday October 25 at Coulon-Lyons Family Funeral Home 704 N. 6th Street, Rochelle 815-562-6872 and one hour prior to services at church. Memorials may be made to the church Sunday school.
