Clark "Artie" Lawrence

Clark "Artie" Lawrence 56, of Aurora, IL passed away peacefully at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center after a long illness on November 1, 2008. Born May 23, 1952 in Sycamore, IL, he was the son of Katherine and Arthur (King) Lawrence. He left school early to enlist in the Army.He worked for the grainery in Creston, Bernie Robertson's cattle farm in Marengo, and Columbia Flower Management in Ohio as a truck driver. He enjoyed watching college football, baseball, western movies, and playing golf. He is survived by one daughter Ashley Morgan Lawrence of TN. Five sisters Donna Blanco of DeKalb, Linda (Norman) Ayes of Creston, Rita (George) Campuzano of DeKalb, Alice (Vincent) Perez of DeKalb, and Sandra Lawrence of DeKaib. Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brother in law Antonio Blanco and Ronald Ayes. Services will be private.
