Beulah F. Vaupel

Beulah F. Vaupel, 86, of Rochelle, passed away December 31, 2009 at Rochelle Rehab & Healthcare Center surrounded by special friends. She was born March 18, 1923 in Melvin, Iowa daughter of Charles and Mabel Vaupel. Beulah enjoyed crocheting, bird watching and all of nature. She was a very loving, giving and caring woman. She is survived by one nephew, Larry Vaupel of Indiana and his children Anthony and Jennifer; her niece Linda’s children Arnie and Eric; her very good friends Barbra Burgess, Sharon Larabee, Barb Kannheiser and Robert Schoenholz. She is preceded in death by one brother, Arlin and one niece Linda Berkey. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday January 5, 2010 at Coulon-Lyons Family Funeral Home 704 N. 6th St. Rochelle 815-562-6872, with Pastor Rich Fassig officiating. Burial will be at Franklin Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Monday January 4 at the funeral home.
