Angela K. Harmon

Angela K. Harmon, 53, of Sandwich, IL passed away on May 30, 2023 at home after a brief battle with cancer. Angie was born on August 3,1969 in Sandwich, IL to Newell and Sandra (Oddson) Harmon. Angie loved watching the Cubs, the Frozen Movies, attending special outings with friends, playing UNO and listening to music from her large CD collection. Angie was a collector of all types of stuffed animals, stickers and knick knacks. Each fall Angie enjoyed attending the Sandwich Fair, the concerts were her favorite part. Angie had a passion for bowling and in 2022 she qualified to bowl in the Special Olympics.   Angie took great pride in her family and enjoyed celebrating birthdays and holidays with them.

Angie is survived by her Father Newell (Jean) Harmon of Sandwich, IL, Sister Michelle (Gary) Campbell of Sandwich, IL, Brother Brian (Rhiannon) Harmon of Somonauk, IL. Nieces Jaime Campbell, Jessica (Justin) Campbell, Taylor (Aaron) Michek, Kasey (Mitch) Campbell, Madison Campbell. Nephew Austin Harmon and Great Niece Brooklyn and Great Nephew Brody. Boyfriend Eddie Dean as well as her entire Open Door family.

She is preceded in death by her Mother Sandy Harmon and her Grandparents.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023 from 10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. at Beverage Family Funeral Home, 104 Terry Street, Sandwich, IL 60548. A funeral service will take place at 1:00 P.M. with a graveside service to follow out to Oak Ridge Cemetery in Sandwich. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Beverage Family Funeral Home.
