Barbara Louise Meredith

Barbara Louise Meredith 78, of Sheridan, IL passed away July 3, 2018 at Morris Hospital. She was born on September 15, 1939 in Sandwich IL. to the late Ameal and Louise (Burgess) Caquelin. She married David Meredith on July 27, 1958 in Sheridan the would have been married 60 years.

Barbara loved cooking and feeding her family. She loved watching cooking shows. She loved birds and had many feeders for them. Her favorite companion was Baby, her squirrel dog. She also loved to fish. She is survived by her husband David, her children Cindy (Jeff) Cartwright of Sandwich Illinois, Robert (Maggie) Meredith of Wadsworth Illinois, and Vicky (William) McCarty of Melvin Illinois, her grandchildren Chad (Shellie) Cartwright of Sheridan Illinois, Matthew (Kelly) McCarty of Roberts Illinois, Stacey (Troy) Tornebeni of West Chicago Illinois, Christopher (Kaylen) Cartwright of Sandwich Illinois, Marcus (Alexandria) McCarty of Sycamore Illinois, Jennifer (Luke) McNutt of Mendota Illinois and Taylor and Stephanie Day of Wadsworth Illinois along with 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her parents Louise & Ameal Caquelin, brother and sister in law Richard & Marilyn Caquelin and great grandson Logan Cartwright.  Funeral Services will be held Privately for the family Monday July 9, 2018 with Interment to follow at Elerding Cemetery Sheridan, IL.
