Betty Babis

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Betty Babis on March 6, 2024. Born on December 2, 1948, Betty lived a fulfilling life centered on love and kindness for others.

Betty was a cherished woman by her family and friends alike. Her innate nurturing nature was a beacon of light that brought joy and warmth to all those around her. Her warm spirit will be greatly missed, but the memories of her love and kindness will live on forever.

She is survived by her son, Samuel Babis and her daughters, Susan Babis and Wanda Savarirayan. Her son-in-law, David Savarirayan and her daughter-in-law, Angie Babis, and 4 grandchildren were also fortunate to experience her love and grace. Betty was the kind of person who considered her children's partners as her own children too, and she will be deeply missed by all.

Betty was predeceased by her brother, Lonnie Brown and her son, Daniel Babis. The loss of these beloved family members marked her deeply, and her family finds solace in the thought that they are now reunited.

Throughout her life, Betty modeled strength and resilience, even amidst significant loss. She was a woman who loved unconditionally and lived selflessly for those she cared about. She was someone who truly embodied the values of love and kindness.

Although our hearts ache from the loss of Betty, we choose to remember and celebrate her life, her love, and the wonderful memories she left behind. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
