Brian Troy Ewing

Brian Troy Ewing, 59, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at his childhood home in Millington, IL on March 17, 2020. Brian was born on December 9, 1960 in Aurora, IL to Keith and Dorothy (Stoner) Ewing.

Brian loved riding his 3 wheeler around Millington greeting everyone by ringing his bell. He loved smoking briskets for family gatherings, listening to music, making up songs and laughing at his own jokes. Family time was everything to Brian. He’ll be remembered for his love of “coffay” model cars, collecting arrowheads and shark tooth necklaces.

Brian is survived by his son, Charles “Chuck” (Wendy) Bishop; His 4 legged companion and best friend, Roach; His brothers, Gary, Bob (Christine), Carl (Dawn), Ron “Hollywood”, Jimbo (Debbie), David, and Mark (Michele); As well as many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; A sister, Sandra, in infancy; As well as his brothers, Rick, Kevin, Cliff and Stan.

Brian was a true friend to all he met! He loved the outdoors, being with family and friends. Known and beloved “Uncle Buck” by every child in Millington. Brian will be missed by all whose lives he touched. Ring Buck’s bell!

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. on Saturday March 21, 2020 at Beverage Family Funeral Home, 104 Terry St. Sandwich, IL 60548. Funeral service to follow at 1:00 P.M.
