Gary David Blair

Gary David Blair, 62, of Ottawa, IL passed away on March 16, 2020. Gary was born on July 18, 1957 in Hazard, Kentucky to Ollie and Jessie (Spencer) Blair. He loved being around his family and spending time with his grandkids. He enjoyed working on cars and drinking his favorite beer, Busch.

Gary is survived by his 3 children, David Blair of Mt. Vernon, IL, Anthony Blair of Ottawa, IL and Charlie Blair of Mason City, IL; 1 brother, Donnie (Marlene) Blair of Ottawa, IL; 2 sisters, Jan Whitaker of Hazard, Kentucky and Donna (Tony) Hughes of Ottawa, IL; As well as 4 grandchildren, Chloe Blair, Charlie Blair, Domi’nic Blair and Cameron Blair.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his significant other, Margaret Franklin (2016).
