Pat was the owner of a gas station/wrecker business in Franklin Grove and worked long hours and holidays to help others, often giving up holidays and weekends to help people get back on the road. He loved to tell a good story. He also enjoyed music, dancing and making people laugh. Later on, when he was able to find time to relax, he continued to spend time working on cars, traveling and found time to play the harmonica in several bands. He would carry his kit of “traveling harmonicas”, just in case the opportunity arose to play. He was proud of the fact that he cut a CD of his songs on the harmonica. The recording of his music will be playing at the viewing for the enjoyment of all.
Viewing will be held at Beverage-Lyons Funeral Home at 601 Richardson Ave, Ashton, IL from 11AM to 1PM on Friday 8/27/21, with Services to follow.
