Janiece L. Kreider

Janiece L. Kreider, 61, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. Janiece was born on July 14, 1961 to Charles and Josephine (Backos) Ryba. She was the eldest of 5 children and the epitome of a big sister. She was thoughtful, candid, and unapologetically protective.

Janiece found beauty in everything. A fixer of all things, she was a talented crafter and loved refurbishing antique furniture. Janiece enjoyed the outdoors and had recently discovered an interest in bird watching. She had an infectious laugh and loved spending time with her family, friends, and two cats.

Janiece is survived by the love of her life, Jeff Kreider of Plano, IL; Three brothers, Steve (Janeese) Ryba of San Antonio, TX, Joseph (Judy) Ryba of Dallas, TX and Douglas (Melissa) Ryba of Kansas City, MO. She was a proud aunt of ten nieces and nephews and the great aunt of eight.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents and her younger sister, Carolyn (Ruben) Villarreal, who was born on her first birthday.
