Jerry R. Repko

Jerry R. Repko, 79, of Shabbona, IL passed away on April 12, 2022. Jerry was born on November 29, 1942 in Streator, IL to George and Margorie (Coyle) Repko. He was a 1960 Streator High School graduate and was president of the student council. He was born in Streator but lived most of his life in Aurora, IL. He joined the United States Air Force and served 8 years as an Air Traffic Controller until the Reagan years. He then became a salesman for River Front Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. He enjoyed life, the 3 stooges and spending time with friends and family.

Jerry is survived by 2 children, Melissa (Rob) Wright of Somonauk, IL and Melody (Ron) Hunt of Somonauk, IL; 2 sisters, Judy (Ben) Darrow of Ketchum, ID and Jane (Don) Burke of Kankakee, IL; 5 grandchildren, Jessica, Brianne, Josh, Natalie and Nathan; As well as several great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; 1 son, Mark Repko; And 1 brother, Jeff.
