Kathie M. Pemberton

Kathie M. Pemberton, 63, of Rochelle, IL passed away peacefully on December 3, 2022 at Rochelle Community Hospital. Kathie was born on January 30, 1959 in Sioux City, Iowa to Norvin and Geraldine (Styles) Moss. Kathie loved to travel. Some of her favorite trips were going to visit her family, grandparents Florence and Marvin and aunt Karen and uncle Floyd in Sioux City. Another favorite trip was going to Washington D.C. with the Boy Scouts. She also spent many summers at Woodhaven Lakes with family.

She made many wonderful friends while working at Eatons in Rochelle.

Kathie is survived by her husband, Tim Pemberton; Children, Tiffany Pemberton and Joseph (Sherri Reingardt) Pemberton; Grandchildren, Jayden Banta, Willow Pemberton, Austin Pemberton, Alex Pemberton and Devon Reingardt; 1 great grandchild, Axel; Brother, Randy (Diana) Moss; Niece and nephew, Skylar and Randall Moss; Parents-in-law, Bill and Lela Pemberton; Sisters and brothers-in-law, Kevin and Vicki Pemberton, Steve Pemberton, Dave and Diane Russell and Dennis Pemberton; As well as many more.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Kathie cherished and loved those close to her. Her kindness and strength were inspiring, and she will forever be missed. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. at Beverage-Lyons Family Funeral Home, 704 N. 6^th Street, Rochelle, IL 61068. Funeral service will follow at 12:30 P.M. with a graveside service to follow out to Trinity Memory Gardens in Rochelle, IL. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Beverage-Lyons Family Funeral Home.
