Kenneth (Ken) Warren Tollefson

Kenneth (Ken) Warren Tollefson 69 passed away March 10th, 2025, at this home unexpectedly in Hinckley, IL.

Ken was born April 15th, 1955, in Morris IL to Glenn W. and Evelyn I. (Lane) Tollefson.

Ken was a 1973 graduate of Yorkville High School, and worked in several places which include Henry Pratt, Aurora IL and Condor, Cortland, IL. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, his Pontiac Fiero, he was an avid Green Bay Packer and Chicago White Sox fan.

Ken in his earlier years coached boy’s little league baseball and enjoyed watching the 3 stooges. But his biggest joy was his grandchildren and his great grandchildren.

He survives by his loving daughter and son in law Jessica (Ken) Coppes.

Grandchildren; Kenny Coppes, Megan Fallbacher, Kenzie Coppes, Zach Michels, Damon Tollefson, Brittany Thomas and Cody Coppes.

Great grandchildren; Greyson, Paxton, Kennedy, Paisleigh, Hudson and Cameron.

Siblings; Wes and Dee, Jerry and Nancy and Rick and Miriam

He also leaves behind the mother of his children; Christal (Michael) Smith.

He is preceded in Death by his parents Glenn and Evelyn, Son Kenny and sister Judy.

The family will receive family and friend Sunday March 23rd, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. followed by family prayers and eulogy at the Beverage Family Funeral Home 104 Terry Street Sandwich, IL. The family of Ken Tollefson would like to encourage anyone who may have memories to speak at this time also.
