Mark David Forrester

Mark David Forrester, 63, of Dixon, IL passed away on September 13, 2021. Mark was born on January 2, 1958 in Rockford, IL to David and Rena (Wiltfang) Forrester. He was an all around handyman/mechanic. He worked many years as a heavy equipment operator for MOE local 150. When he retired from the union in 2020, Mark began farming for Kenney Farms. He was a fan of the Green Bay Packers and liked collecting toys and listening to Country Western. He also loved to fish with his daughter, Rayana. He was a member of the Methodist Church in Franklin Grove.

Mark is survived by his spouse, Patricia of Franklin Grove, IL; Child, Rayana Forrester; 2 stepchildren, Jenee Jeanblanc of Oriental, NC and Jason Jeanblanc of Elizabeth, IL; Grandchild, Cody (Jenna Mains) Forrester of Yakima, WA; Step-grandchild, Dylan (Caroline) Jeanblanc of Texas; 3 sisters, Rita Bradford of Byron, IL, Charlene (John) Rudd of Pinehurst, NC and Sheri (David) Pautsch of Leaf River, IL; Favorite pup, Flower; As well as several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents and his daughter, Melissa Forrester.
