Robert ( Rob ) Martin Williams Sr.

Robert (Rob) M. Williams Sr. 35 of Dixon formally of Ashton, IL. Pass away unexpectantly on January 20th, 2018 in Dixon, IL. Rob was born on November 8th, 1982 to Jerry and Carrie (Stehl) Williams.  Rob attended Ashton Schools, played baseball and wrestled. He enjoyed the outdoors hunting and fishing, but his biggest joy was his son Robert Jr. Rob is survived by his mom Carrie (Doug) Vaughn of Dixon, his dad Jerry Williams Sr. of Ashton. His son Robert Jr. (5). 1 sister Lysa (Nik Pankhurst) Williams of Dixon, 2 brothers Jerry (Mindy Robertson) Williams Jr. of Ashton and Jamin Soria of Dixon. Nieces and nephews Madison, Jerry, Adalynn and Hunter. Funeral service will be held Saturday January 27th, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the Beverage Lyons Family Funeral Home 601 Richardson Ave. Ashton, IL. With Rev. Farrel Stauffer officiating. Visitation will be held same day from 10:00 a.m. till the time of service. Interment to follow at Ashton Cemetery, Ashton. His pall bearers will be Brad Holloway, Chuck Ellis, Mark Ellis, Tommy Ellis, Tommy Vogeler and Chris Woodall. A memorial fund has been established.
