Rodney J. Waller

Rodney J. Waller, 64, of Sandwich, passed away on March 29, 2025 in Dekalb, illinois.

Per the family's wishes in lieu of funeral services the family will be having a celebration of life.

Rodney was born Cedar Springs, Michigan to Lucille Peterson and Richard Waller on March 28, 1961. He went to school at Downers Grove south. He married the love of his life Debbie Sue Waller on February 28, 1987 in Lisle, Illinois. Rod worked as an over the road truck driver for Conway and a talented woodworker for a small wood shop. Rodney was truly a jack of all trades and loved by all of those who surrounded him. He was an amazing husband and father, but an even more amazing grandfather.

Rodney is preceded in death by his mother Lucille Peterson, his father Richard Waller, his niece Kelsey McGuire, and his best friend George (Jay) Dallen.

Rodney is survived by his wife, Debbie Waller; his son, Ryan (Rachel); daughter, Courtney; his son Charles (Krystal); his sister Kim (Allen Woodraska); His granddaughters, Catherine, Logan, and Reice; His grandsons, Peyton, Raiden, and Cameron; his niece Delaney (Dan Hyde).
