Thomas Lee Ziegler

Thomas Lee Ziegler, 83, of Schaumberg, IL passed away on March 8, 2019. Thomas was born on March 22, 1935 in Mayville, Wisconsin to Richard and Blanche (Bobzin) Ziegler. He married his wife, Mary Stoughton, December 29, 1960 in Wisconsin. He served in the Army from 1955 to 1957. He was a member of the Lion’s Club and a longtime member of St. Mary’s Parish in Mayville, WI. When he moved to Sandwich, he then became a member of St. John the Baptist church in Somonauk, IL for a period before making the transition to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Sandwich, IL where he and his wife are now members.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Mary; 2 sons, Thomas (Donna) Ziegler of Roselle, IL and Robert (Mary) Ziegler of Lutherville, MD; 1 daughter, Maureen (Connie) of Chicago, IL; as well as 5 grandchildren, Sydney, Remington, Brier, Maxine and Jamie.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, John.

Funeral services will be held on March 16, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 340 West Arnold St. Sandwich, IL 60548. Father Sehr will be officiating.
