Tracy Elaine Almasy

Tracy Elaine Congrave Almasy, born October 16, 1960 in Travis Air Force Base, Fairfield California, went to be with the Lord on June 20th, 2019 in Watertown, New York at age 58 suddenly.

She was preceded in death by her son, Mikhail Joseph Congrave Riva in 2011 and her sister, Susan Kimberly James in 1991. Tracy is survived by her daughter, Katherine Susan Reid of Rockford, IL; mother, Joyce Marie Cahill of Rochelle, IL; father, Robert Howard Congrave of International Falls, MN; and three brothers, Curt (Roberta) Congrave of Mesa, AZ, Marc (Judy) Congrave of New Milford, IL, and Alden Congrave of Earheart, MN.

Tracy was a registered nurse for 25 years and worked at DeKalb County Nursing and Rehab Center of DeKalb, Illinois for 13 years before retiring. She had a heart for helping others and believed in good nursing and care for her patients. Tracy also had a love for animals, and loved many, especially her dog, Rex and cat, Al Capone.

Memorial services will be Friday, July 5th, 2019 with Visitation from 1-3 PM and Services at 3 PM at the Beverage-Lyons Family Funeral Home, 704 N 6th St., Rochelle, IL, with Rev. Greg Hoffmann from St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Rochelle officiating.
