Joseph R. Higgins 74, of Montgomery passed away June 26, 2020 at Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion Sandwich. He was born April 27.1946 in Muskegon, MI to the late Richard and Nora ( Peeler ) Higgins. He enjoyed restoring old classic Hot Rods, building bird houses and anything pertaining to John Deere

He is survived by his wife Cheryl Higgins of 55 years.. Son; Duane ( Serena ) Higgins and Joel ( Corinne ) Higgins . He is also survived by his many grand and great grandchildren.
